    Color. Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church main building and entrance. On the right is the schedule of services. Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church first started at Ditch Bank in 1929 near where Crayton Cove is today. In 1945 Macedonia moves to River Park at 1006 Third Avenue North on land donated by the Wakins family, who owned the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. In 1954 the church was dedicated and opened for worship.

    Color. Dark green swamp buggy named "Gobbler"on display at the Collier Museum at Government Center. Its owner is Jim Stewart. This woods buggy was built for hunting by J. Arthur Stewart in 1953. The Jeep transmission and running gear are mounted on a 1949 Ford station wagon frame and was originally fitted with airplane tires mounted on 17-inch rims. Gobbler was raced during the 1950s and was used by Stewart until his death in 1992.
