Newspaper clipping from the Collier County News, Sunday, October 20, 1963, page 9B. Article entitled "'Space' Program Awards Presented At Local Schools". Joseph G. Bertolami, administrator of Naples Community Hospital and Mrs. Edgar P. Everhard present a prize to Mrs. Ola Mae Butler, principal of Carver School, and representatives of the third grade. Students are identified as Gloria Jean Smith, Jerry Jerome Thompson, Warren Atkins, Jr. and Brinda Anthony. The prize was for posters made by the children used during NCH's Space Program campaign. |
