Typed announcement states that while the Mission's primary role is with the Seminole Indians, it radiates among the white fishing people, Church people, prisoners in County Jail and colored folk. The white fishing people are so glad to have books and magazines to take out on their trips and their wives aren't so lonely at home, having interesting reading materials. A small library was established in the Everglades Mission. The sawmill located near and on the Tamiami Trail sends people for books and magazines. |
