One two-hole punched, typed page by Deaconess Bedell, Glade Cross Mission, Everglades, Fla. Entitled "Other Mission Work" and states that while the work of the Mission is primarily among the Seminole Indians, it radiates out in the town and community where the Mission is located and also among the isolated Church people. Twenty services were held in the County Jail. Nine conferences were held with Marco (Collier City) Church people. Five visits were made to the cattle ranch of Frank Brown who was such a help to Bishop Gray. Lists number of baptized individuals. In Everglades, the Mission is called upon for many Invocation at Commencement. Three devotional talks and one on Alaska were given. There was a prayer meeting at Jones Saw Mill, prayer at Everglades Sunrise Service on Easter and conducted monthly Bible Character Studies at Community Church Guild. |
